When making your reservation by telephone or e-mail, please have your Visa or MasterCard available. A MasterCard or Visa card number will hold your reservation.  Please inform us of your approximate time of arrival.  Check-in times are 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. unless prior arrangements are made.  Unless you cancel 48 hours prior to your reservation, a handling fee of 20% of the room cost will be charged to your credit card.

A special reservation policy applies to the week of the October Arts and Crafts Fairs.  Due to the high demand for rooms during this week, cancellations up to one month prior to your reservation will be charged 20% of the room cost. Cancellations up to one week will be charged 30%. Cancellations for the Arts & Crafts Fairs less than seven days prior to the reservation will be charged the full cost of the room.
